Shipping, returns, and right of withdrawal
The products are delivered directly from Serve and Volley Art to your doorstep. We strive to make all shipments as secure as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase. In case of fine art prints the shipping time does not include the manufacturing process. All prints are created on demand for each client individually. The production time takes up to 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: average delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days within the European Union and depends on the distance between you and the Serve and Volley Art office (Poland, Warsaw, EU).
Serve and Volley Art will review the replacement of products or refund requests within 14 days of placed order. If a product is missing, damaged, or subject to print error, Serve and Volley Art will replace the erroneous product with a new product. To issue a refund process based on the aforementioned reasons, contact support@serveandvolleyart.com
Refund requests will be processed within five (7) working days. For the sake of clarity, Serve and Volley is not responsible for situations when the Customer has provided incorrect information, such as the wrong Customer name or address. In such cases, an extra payment will be applied.
You may return an Serve and Volley Art products within 14 calendar days of delivery and you will receive refund of 100% of the value of the ordered products minus the shipping cost. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. Products needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided on the contact page. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received products the original shipping costs won’t be refunded. In case of any concerns, please reach out to contac us.
Sales Tax & Custom
If the Customer is located outside of the territory of the European Union the Customer is responsible for paying sales tax (as applicable within each jurisdiction). Serve and Volley Art will not be held responsible for any such sale tax. If the customer is located within the European Union sales tax is included within that price of the Product.
Customers outside of the European Union may be subjected to pay custom duties (as applicable within each jurisdiction). Serve and Volley Art will not be held responsible for any such duties.
